Ince & Co was built on shipping and international trade. They’re among our major strengths and we’re regularly judged the leading shipping firm, as a glance at any of the legal directories will confirm.
The team advises on every aspect of shipping, including collisions, salvage, shipbuilding, finance, pollution and carriage of goods, and we handle everything from drafting through to dispute resolution.
As a trainee, you’ll cover the whole range of the industry, from shipyard to scrapyard, factory to receiver, finance to flotation. Your clients will include many of the world’s leading ship owners, charterers, shipbuilders, traders, banks and insurers.
On the international trade side, you’ll be advising on deals or disputes involving oil, gas and metals as well as soft commodities, such as grain or coffee.
