Martin has wide shipping and offshore finance experience, particularly in the Asian markets.
He works with many of the leading international shipping banks, lessors and shipowners and has been involved in a broad range of export credit, lending and leasing transactions, both conventional and Islamic.
As well as advising banks and owners on the acquisition, financing and sale of a wide variety of ships, he has also advised on the conversion and financing of offshore units, including FPSOs, MOPUs, drilling rigs and LNG carriers.
Prior to joining Ince & Co Martin held a senior position at another leading international shipping law firm in Singapore.
Transactions he has been heavily involved with have won Deals of the Year from Trade Finance Magazine, at Jane’s Transport Finance Awards and the Asian Law Legal Business awards.
