Ince & Co provides a broad spectrum of advice relating to trade and commodities finance. Our lawyers are particularly noted for their experience in oil and gas transactions.
We act for clients in various commodity markets including in particular oil and bio-diesel and bio-ethanol. We advise on soft commodities, grain and sugar and conduct a significant amount of work in relation to coal and biomass. We also advise on disputes arising from trading and shipping contracts across all commodities.
