From the House of Lords ruling on the duty of good faith at placement in Pan Atlantic v Pine Top, through the evolution of the fraudulent devices principle in The Aegeon to aggregation issues arising from the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center, Ince continues to participate in the highest profile and most complex disputes.
