Ince & Co recruits partner as Head of Employment


International law firm Ince & Co is pleased to announce the recruitment of Rebecca Thornley-Gibson in its London office. Rebecca joins Ince & Co today as a partner and Head of Employment.

Rebecca is highly regarded in the area of employment law, with specialist experience in the travel and aviation sectors. Legal 500 and Chambers list her as a leading lawyer. Rebecca joins Ince & Co from asb law where she was a partner and head of both the employment and travel teams. She advises on the full spectrum of employment issues, with a particular focus on senior executive terms and exits, in house company training, Tribunals and employment aspects of company restructurings and change management programmes.

Rebecca’s aviation and travel client base has included low cost airlines, large tour operators, cruise operators travel technology companies and industry associations. Her non-travel clients are diverse ranging from football clubs to insurance companies to global energy organisations.
