A Partner at Ince & Co, Lee is based in London. He specialises in restructuring and non-contentious insolvency matters across our sectors.

Lee regularly acts for lenders/funders, creditors, insolvency practitioners, corporates and directors. He advises on all types of restructuring situations, accelerated M&A and formal corporate insolvency procedures (administration, liquidation and receivership) including sales and acquisitions connected to such procedures.

Other services include providing advice on lender/funder security reviews, enhancement of security and enforcement. 

Lee is also experienced in domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures acting for clients in a variety of industries but with a particular focus on energy and shipping.

  •  Acting for a PE fund on the group re-organisation and subsequent sale of a provider of jack up barges and marine equipment by way of an administration process.  
  •  Acting for PWC (as administrators) on the £250m administration sale of a portfolio of motorway service stations, 
  •  Acting for Carter Backer Winter (as administrators) on the administration sale of a solar panel group, 
  •   Acting for the board of a dedicated offshore construction grouting group.  Advising in relation to their financial difficulties and subsequent restructuring. 
  •  Acting for AlixPartners (as administrators) on the acquisition of the Novus Leisure group (owner of (amongst others) the Tiger Tiger bar chain). 
  •  Acting for Northampton Borough Council on the financial difficulties of Northampton Town Football Club and its subsequent restructuring.
